Please read these terms carefully before booking our services. By booking with TDGirls Makeover, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Service Agreement
By booking makeup services with TDGirls Makeover, you ("Client") enter into a binding agreement with us ("Artist" or "TDGirls Makeover"). These terms and conditions govern all services provided by TDGirls Makeover.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
Payment Structure
- Advance Payment: A 40% advance is required to confirm the booking
- Balance Payment: The remaining 60% is to be paid at the time of makeup (before the session starts)
- Non-Refundable Advance: The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances (including date change, cancellation, or no-show)
2.1 Booking Confirmation
- Booking will be confirmed only after advance payment
- Without advance payment, the slot cannot be held
- Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS after payment is received
- All bookings are subject to artist availability
3. Scheduling and Rescheduling
3.1 Date & Time Confirmation
- All appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance
- Time slots are reserved only after advance payment is received
- Last-minute bookings may be accommodated subject to availability
3.2 Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability and at the artist's discretion
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Only one rescheduling is permitted per booking
- Rescheduling is subject to artist availability
- No additional charges apply for approved rescheduling
- The artist reserves the right to decline rescheduling requests
4. Punctuality and Attendance
Late Arrival Policy
Delay beyond 30 minutes from the client's side may affect the makeup schedule or result in cancellation without refund
4.1 Client Responsibilities
- Be ready and available at the scheduled time
- Ensure the makeup area is clean and well-lit
- Provide accurate contact information and address
- Notify immediately if running late
4.2 No-Show Policy
- No-shows will result in forfeiture of the full advance payment
- The remaining balance may still be charged if the artist arrives at the location
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows
5. Travel and Outstation Services
Travel Bookings
Any travel, stay, or extra charges (if applicable) will be discussed prior and must be cleared before the event
5.1 Additional Charges
- Transportation costs for locations beyond 15km from our base
- Accommodation charges for overnight stays (if required)
- Additional travel time charges for distant locations
- Early morning or late-night service surcharges
5.2 Travel Terms
- All travel expenses must be paid in advance along with the service fee
- Travel bookings require a minimum 72-hour notice
- Outstation bookings may require full payment in advance
- Weather-related cancellations will be handled case by case
6. Service Delivery
6.1 Service Standards
- All makeup applications will be completed using high-quality, professional products
- Service time typically ranges from 1-3 hours depending on the service booked
- Touch-up services may be provided during the event (if pre-arranged)
- Basic hair styling may be included based on the package selected
6.2 Client Preparation
- Arrive with a clean, moisturized face
- Disclose any skin allergies or sensitivities
- Provide reference images if desired
- Ensure adequate lighting and space for the service
7. Cancellation Policy
The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances including cancellation
7.1 Client Cancellations
- Advance payment is non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing
- Full payment may be required for cancellations within 24 hours
- Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
7.2 Artist Cancellations
- In case of artist unavailability due to emergency, full refund will be provided
- Alternative artist may be provided with client consent
- Rescheduling will be offered as the first option
8. Liability and Disclaimers
8.1 Allergies and Skin Reactions
- Clients must disclose any known allergies or skin sensitivities
- Patch testing is recommended for clients with sensitive skin
- TDGirls Makeover is not liable for undisclosed allergic reactions
- All products used are high-quality and professional grade
8.2 Force Majeure
- Services may be cancelled due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible
- Refunds may be provided for genuine force majeure situations
9. Photography and Image Rights
- Photos may be taken during the makeup session for portfolio purposes
- Client consent is required before any images are used for marketing
- Clients have the right to request non-photography sessions
- Before and after photos may be used on social media with permission
10. Intellectual Property
- All makeup designs and techniques are proprietary to TDGirls Makeover
- Clients may not reproduce or teach our techniques without permission
- Photos of our work may be used for our business promotion
11. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be resolved through direct communication first
- Mediation may be sought for unresolved issues
- Legal jurisdiction will be as per local laws
- Both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve any issues
12. Amendments and Updates
TDGirls Makeover reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and communicated to clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

- Response time for queries is typically within 24 hours
- Emergency contacts will be provided after booking confirmation
- Written communication is preferred for important matters
